I genuinely care about the people I work with as a Farm Bureau Insurance Agent. I take what I do personally—because protecting people, building lasting relationships, and being someone you can truly count on matters to me.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me outdoors or on the water. I love spending time with my husband and our dogs, soaking up sunny summer weekends on Torch Lake, and staying actively involved in the community we call home. In both my work and my life, I believe that showing up with heart—and following through—makes all the difference.
Before I became an Insurance Agent, I spent years in the automotive world, where I learned the value of listening, being present, and creating great experiences. Now, I bring that same energy into every conversation I have—whether it’s helping someone navigate their insurance options, or just being a steady presence when life gets unpredictable.
Michelle McClelland, CISR - Licensed Production Manager
Michelle has been with the agency since May 2025 and has recently transitioned into the role of Production Manager, where she oversees all of our home, auto, farm/country, lake estate, and umbrella coverages.
She brings a calm, steady presence to everything she does—making her someone both our clients and our team know they can truly count on. Michelle is incredibly detail-oriented, thoughtful, and always working behind the scenes to make things smoother and stronger for everyone we serve.
Recently, Michelle earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation, a nationally recognized certification that reflects advanced knowledge in coverages, policy details, and client service. In simple terms—it means she’s gone above and beyond to deepen her expertise so she can better protect and guide the people we take care of. Her support keeps our agency running strong—and her care for people shows in every interaction. We are so grateful for her and the heart she brings to what we’re building here.

Bailey joined our agency in May 2026, bringing with her several years of experience as an Account Manager with Farm Bureau since 2019.
She serves as our Front Office Account Manager, supporting our commercial accounts, special events, and large farm operations. Her experience across multiple areas makes her incredibly well-rounded, and it shows in the way she’s able to jump in, adapt, and serve our clients with confidence.
Bailey has worked alongside other agents over the years, giving her a strong foundation and perspective that adds so much value to our team. She is currently working toward earning her CISR designation—continuing to invest in her knowledge so she can better support and guide the people we serve.
We truly love having such a well-rounded team, and Bailey plays a big part in that. Her experience, versatility, and willingness to grow make her an incredible asset to both our agency and our clients.
